Does anyone know of a nice small laid back dealership in north Dallas, TX?

I will be moving to the north Dallas suburbs soon and want to work at a small friendly dealer that is not a high pressure house. Anyone ever bought a car from or work at a great little dealership where the customer comes first, not the gross? Please no answers saying there is no such place. I worked at a place in Dayton that was great and a place outside of Minneapolis that was fun. Any suggestions? Thanks

The Sewell dealerships (they own many) have a great reputation. Or you might try Subaru of Dallas dealership or Mini of Dallas. They might be good places to work.

Sewell was pointed out in Stanley Marcus' book of customer service.

if you don't want to deal with car salesman, you can simple go to any dealership and check out the car, the model etc. after you found what you want, you can go online to buy that particular car. The same car will be less than any dealership offer you. You will get a quote and you can bring it to any dealership and ask if they can beat or match the price.
