Yahoo Answers is free and can be used by anyone. Google Answers uses professionals who get paid to answer your questions and is not free and cannot be used by just anyone (well anyone can ask a question but it isn't free) and only Google employees who work in the Google Answers division can answer questions (or is it any Google employee).

Depends on what you are looking up. For educational purposes, Google is better. But I think Yahoo! is a better source for music and entertainment.

Depends of what are you looking for, but I think they are the same quality. But, Yahoo visually looks nicer.
