Find a qualified Kundalini Yoga Teacher. (IKYTA) International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association has a website (see below) and hopefully you'll find a Teacher in your area.

I wouldn't be too concerned with 'kundalini' but rather
with what you are going to do with Jesus Christ, your
creator! Seeking power will just lead you further down
Satan's path to destruction (in this life, and your soul
in hell, after death) and misery. Turn from the Hindu
ways and gods you have been enslaved to all your life,
and receive NEW life in the great creator, God, and
Savior, Jesus Christ the Lord. The Bible holds the key
to all these truths-begin reading in John (what must I
