Why are their 45 blank days from the end of the AntiChrist to the setting up of God's kingdom, Dan. 12:11-12

This is a very confusing thing and when I checked now there are two outcomes given. One is that in the 45 days it would be the setting up of God's kingdom and another one is that in the 45 days it will be the pouring out of God's wrath. I am not sure what it is going to be. and so you can check out the links and decide for yourself

Biblical scholars believe that verse 11 was added by a later editor, and thta verse 12 was likewise added by one even later still.

The book was actually written during the persecution of the Hebrews by the Greek ruler Antiochus IV ("Epiphanes"). Many faithful Hebrews believed that Daniel's prophecy described THIS VERY MOMENT, when the Israelites were falling to the influence of the pagan Greeks.

The time of distress was to last 3-1/2 years (1,150 days), as in 12:7. However, when the time had come, the persecution had not ended. Many scholars believe that a transcriber "added in" verse 11 to extend the deadline to 1,290 days to give the people hope. When that time, too, was drawing close, a second translator/transcriber added verse 12 for the same reason, thus bringing the total to 1,335 days.

(N.B. The same numbers are used in the Book of Revelation, which draws heavily on imagery from the Book of Daniel.)

"From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the horrible abomination is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days. Blessed is the man who has patience and perseveres until the one thousand three hundred and thirty-five days. "

The reference is to the persecutions of Antiochus IV and his attempt to force the Jews to give up their customs and to adopt Hellenistic ways. "Then they built up the City of David with a high, massive wall and strong towers, and it became their citadel. There they installed a sinful race, perverse men, who fortified themselves inside it, storing up weapons and provisions, and depositing there the plunder they had collected from Jerusalem."

It refers to an indefinite, evil period of time. As seven is the Jewish "perfect" number, half of it signifies great imperfection. Actually, this corresponds fairly accurately to the duration of Antiochus' persecution.
