How do I make a Windows XP boot cd?

I have a copy of Windows XP Professional on my hard drive (fully licensed, but I can't find the cd). The files are a .bin file, a .nfo file, and a .cue file, with the bulk of course being the .bin file. I will be wiping my hard drive and reinstalling, and so I need to be able to boot the clean system from cd-rom. Do I need to do anything special to make a bood cd, or can I just burn these files onto the disk?

Update:

I might have used the wrong term. It seems that the site the first answerer posted (which was good) considers a "boot disk" to be a floppy. I want to boot straight from cd-rom.
