Personal experience with grape seed extract?
Good or bad, looking for info on grape seed extract; just started taking it for help with cervical dystonia/muscle spasm/overuse. Have had pain for 2 years, really tired of popping NSAIDs, RX painkillers, considering botox.
Anyone who has personal experience or a doc/nurse with opinion, please help.

Grape seed extract is great I have used it for quite some time for inflamation and a host of other problems thae main thing is to find your saturation level. You need to take at least 2mg per pound of body weight if not more. When you start feeling results you can stert cutting back until you reach 1mg per pound of body weight it really depends on how much of a bioflavonoid deficiency your body has. The most potent form of it I have used is from Melaleuca it is called Provex CV it is proven to be up to 6 times more potent than regular grape seed (patened way of extracting the nutrients plus enzyme blend to increase absorbtion) I hope this helps but just know you cannot overdose on grape seed extract. Feel free to contact me if you want more info or have more specific questions, you can look me up through messenger.
