actually its the other way around it takes much more energy to hate than to love. Love can come easier and its more soothing on your physic. To hate disrupts your entire body and well being.....PEACE OUT.....Good luck

Loving someone else is easier than you think. It's loving yourself that is the hardest. Could be that you think no one could ever love you, so to protect yourself you build a wall between you and others. Same way with hating. Hate and hurt the other before they have the chance to do the same to you. But once you realize that you are a truly unique and special person, loving yourself makes it easier to love others and harder to hate them.

I feel that loving someone, and he/she doesn't love us back, then that's really, really hard. That's when I wish I could just literally take the feelings out of my heart and totally forget about that person.

I think that same. Depend on the reason for loving someone

because sinful behavior comes naturally to us. Hating someone is easier because we are imperfect, whereas loving someone (in the way I assume you mean) takes work and dedication. Plus, people will always let you down so maintaining love is tough.

Because its human nature to focus on the negative and ignore the positive. That's why we all need to work on looking on the bright side!
