Lansinoh or Gerber contoured pads (not the regular ones) are great because they can absorb a lot. Pumping between feedings will only increase her milk supply and make the problem worse. If she wants to though, she can pump a little after each nursing to get the leftovers out and store it in the freezer for later. It should help cut down on leaking if she does it that way. It takes quite a while for the breasts to adjust to baby's schedule, as they work on supply and demand.

good quality breast pads and black shirts, they don't show leakage hardly at all!

Just wear pads in your bra - they are on the same isle as the bottles and things at the store. But DON'T pump between feeding - it will only INCREASE the amount of milk you produce (unless of course you need to pump to put back milk for feedings when you are away from the baby).

I think that there is a bra with leak proof pads, so that the milk won't leak. If not tell her to put something in her bra to prevent the milk from leaking.

that is normal padded bra can help the uncomfort but there is not much she can really do but just try pumping anytime she can (breast milk can last between 3 and 6mos froze) so no need to worry about it going bad

Shoe could try pumping between feedings.

This happens to everyone. There are little cotton pads to put in your bra to absorb it. You can buy them anywhere.

That's why they make breast pads for you to put in your bra to catch those drips.
