New Battlestar Galactica - What plot twists are left?

Season two brought us the Pegasus and all sorts of fun with that ship. But what is left for season 2? Is Billy a Cylon? (I think he will be proven to be one), Does the Pegasus return again? Will Baltar every pick a side?

    Don't forget Sharon's baby. I'm sure she'll be ready to give birth right about time for the season 2 finale! Also, Starbuck hasn't forgotten Anders back on Caprica...
