Any formula or chart to help calculate how X teams can play each other at Y stations?
For the school's Field Day, we form several teams, and offer many stations. We want each team to visit each station and meet a different team there. Each year we have a different number of teams and of stations, and we figure it my hand- very time-consuming.
Anything that will help?
We don't have control over how many stations there are in advance- we might have 12 teams and 5 stations, or 17 teams and 7 stations, etc.
