Or, has anyone been hired by attending a career fair? What was the process between the fair and you getting the job?

I worked a career far less than a year ago. Yes there are a lot of candidates and it can be very overwhelming. The best thing to do is to have a few representatives from the company there to do on the spot interviews. The only candidates that should be getting these interviews are people who "stand out in the crowd." By saying this I mean people whose resumes AND personalities seem like the best fit for the company you are there for. Not just one OR the other.
