Does the fact that Israel only came into existance in 1948, mean all the doomsayers pre 1948, were mistaken?

Since the above statement is true, the following is also true. Jesus could not have returned before the nation was established. When He comes, they will have been run out of Israel, and be hiding in the wilderness, away from the anti-christ. Proceted there by God. See Rev 12:13-17

The modren state of Israel is not the biblical people of God-- it is an entirely political entity often behaving in a way that is abhorrent to God... the return to the promised land refers to a return from exile that happened more than 2000 years ago (this is only one school of thought, the one I adhere to but I may not speak for God) as for the pre-1948 doomsayers, they were wrong because it didn't happen-- as the lord tells us, no one knows the time or date of his arrival, so lets just live right lives now and he'll come when he comes

Jews lived in Israel before 1948. And more Jews live in America than in Israel now. DO with that as you like.

no, because technically they speak about the jewish people. some of them had predicted they would have they're own state, which they got. but most "predictors" talked about the jewish people
