I need to lose 10 pounds asap?

i watch what i eat but i need some good tips on working out for my stomach i know for a few ways but if theres anything that works faster then what i know let me know and also what to eat i need and want to loose these 10 pounds in two weeks

    Avoid salty foods, drink lots of water - this reduces the amount of water your body has to hold onto - (That is what my trainer tells me.) Cardio exercise - Fast walking - swiming - running - about an hour a day(Again that is what my trainer told me)

    go out, get really wasted, and if you do it right, you'll be so hungover the next day that you will either puke your guts out or won't want to eat.... whenever I accidentally do this I easily lose at least 5 pounds. Make sure you stay hydrated though!!! of course, it is a joke... but it is a lot of fun the night before, just not after ;)

    hi try keeping off bread and starchy foods.

    i.e. potatoes / pies./ chips for a couple of weeks.

    try pitta bread instead for a sandwich..
