Should All US Judges be recalled?

I heard a religious rally/meeting last summer, attended by many congressional leaders, where the recall and termination of all judges in the US was advocated. This would result in the firing of tens of thousnds of judges, I believe.

The purpose was to install judges who would rule in the "right" way, according to fundamentalist Christian principles.

Update:

Schneb, with all due respect sir, I notice that you do have a way to responding to questions in a very reasonable manner and then including a huge exception.

Update 2:

It reminds me when I was asking a few Muslim Imams about the Islamic basis for suicide bombings and killings of innocents. They responded that "it was absolutely completely forbidden by Islam under any conditions, was strictly prohibited, EXCEPT" and then proceded to describe a loophole or two which were large enough to justifying killing of anyone who didn't agree with them, anytime, anywhere.

Considering that judges are either elected or appointed by elected officials, I do not see how, even if they were all recalled, they could possibly all be replaced by judges who think the "right" way; since people in states, counties, districts, etc., all over the US, have different criteria in voting for one person or another. In order for the wishes of those who attended this rally/meeting to be observed in the appointing of judges, democracy would have to be abolished, and a totalitarian state set up in its place.

Since I am against totalitarian states, I would have to say no, all US judges should not be recalled.

Christians that feel this way are extremists.

Trying to label all Christians as out of touch, extreme right wing nutcases is like calling all Muslims terrorists.. it just isn't true. I am tired of seeing people make nasty, scathing generalizations about all Christians.

There is no way that every judge in the country will be fired. Just because a crazy fringe group is advocating it doesn't mean it will happen.

Of course not. But I have a warning to all judges. God holds you to a very high standard. To violate it, as several of you have, will mean a very severe punishment later. You would be better off to retire and repent.

Sorry about the economy with my answers. I have trouble with RIS (repeat injury syndrome) and too much typing irritates it.

There's too many christians in the world now, corrupting the minds of millions with a fictional story. People need to see what's in front of them, not mythological characters made up by cavemen.

True Christians are neutral in these issues. They are no part of the world just as Christ was no part of the world.

They obey all laws of the land. Exception? When these go against God's laws.
