Can 2 computers be networked with just a Male-Male USB cable? Thanks.?

    You can network two machines via a RJ-45 to RJ-45 cable (crossover).

    However USB networking is not functional yet.

    No, you need a network connection through an external or wireless inroute router/wiring. To do so, use something like: D-Link, Netgear, Linksys. You can't connected networked by a male-to-male usb cable.
