floating a ping pong ball in air?
with an upward facing blower, i can float a ping pong ball in the air [to do with bernoulli's principle] but a downward facing cone will not float, i was just wondering why a ball will float in air, yet a cone will not [the cone has a small weight in it.

The air is reflecting around the cone and not pushing on it enough OR it weights too much.
Try getting a cone that weighs the same as the ball and see what happens.

It's because of the circle ball. The air is able to move around it and release whereas the cone gets caught
