    Use a dryer sheet or mist them with a little water..

    Use Bounce when you place the items in the dryer.

    Or...

    Attach thin rubber strips from your pant legs so that they touch the carpet or ground to discharge the static electricity.

    Or...

    As you walk down a hallway, rub against the walls and touch the door knobs to discharge any unwanted energy.

    I'm presuming that you mean after they're clean. If so, rub them with a dry fabric softner sheet.
