what would be the cheapest method to securitise a portfolio of non performing loans?

Thanks for the tip, will check on credit enhancements and overcollaterisation...no way other that I guess...

overcollaterise using cash equivalents/other bonds/insurance/bank guarantees etc upto the credit enhancement required...in this case probably until it reaches investment grade credit metrics
