Hi,
you should try Plumbing Birds - www.plumbingbirds.co.uk they're an all-female plumbing service, very good by all accounts and not too expensive.
Be very wary of plumbers in london in general though, most of them are cowboys. My girlfriend got someone in who claimed to be a plumber and bathroom designer and he didn't have a clue about plumbing, in the end i had to fix the job myself!

A licensed plumber from an established firm is a good bet for someone reliable. Ask your friends for references.
