Answer this riddle?

An archeologist and a historian are digging in an old temple ruin. The archeologist finds a coin dated back to 137 B.C. . He hands it over to the historian and they both go to someone to evaluate its value. Turns out, it was worthless. WHY?

    The coin could not have been dated as B.C. because if it were before Christ, how would they know Christ would be born?

    Coins weren't used back then, so it must have been fake.

    Or it was a zimbabwean coin, things are worthless

    Because no one knew when Christ was born before he was born, so it wouldn't be dated 137 BC.

    B.C. is before christ...and they didn't use coins back then...so it must have been fake.
