Dentist liability?

am I entitled to compensation from a dentist that "over hardwared" my mouth for an upper denture? My new dentist removed the unwarranted deviced, much to my releif and I wonder why I had to endure so many years of pain.

What would be my next step toward compensation for those years of pain? PLUS, I complained about the pain to the former dentist, to no avail.

If you can get your current dentist to support your case you have a shot. Most won't go against others of their own kind.

I've had a dentist do a root canal on the wrong tooth. I should have pursued that. :) (I still have the painful one a decade later)

Get a personal injury lawyer who does dental cases.
