It seems like everything can give you cancer these days. The worst thing that could happen is that people will see if you don't take a shower if it's on for more than one day.

don´t worry about it! I write on my hands too and I don´t have cancer till today. I guess you must do it regularly bto get a cancer.

If your'e writing with a pointed pen too sharp ang the nib is infected with HIV, then you might just get AIDS.
