how do you make excellent macaroni and cheese?

If you want to cheat by using mix, try doing this:

fry some hamburger, onions and mushroom, drain when hamburger is browned and add to the already cooked package macaroni. Then before serving, grate some extra cheece and mix in to give it a freshier cheesy flavor.

Its best served with green veggies such as peas.

1 box elbow macaroni

1 pound mild cheddar shredded

1/2 pound sharp cheddar shredded

1 stick butter

1 1/2 cup milk

salt/pepper

paprika

Cook elbows drain, add salt/pepper to elbows

Layer, elbows, cheese, butter

Once baking pan is full, pour milk over top

Add paprika for color

Bake for 1 hour of until cheese is melted
