Yes you can if you have another type of web browser installed on your computer here is how to set it up. on the start button of windows right click select properties, this should open up a window with 2 tabs at the top you want the start menu tab, click start menu and click on customize. This will bring up another window select the General Tab and where it says "Show on Start menu", you will see 2 option one for internet and one for email, you want the internet one make sure it is checked and change the setting to whichever webbrowser you want as your default. Click "OK" and your done.
