Assuming you are a GLBT couple, you could go get married in Canada....emmigrate there even.

Or go to Spain or the Netherlands to get hitched.

There are plenty of countries you could get a civil partnership in....but the USA would still not recognise or acknowledge any of these legal partnerships.
