I'm new and have no picture. ANs. Possibly, the old grapefruit diet invented by Dr. Tarnower is much better than Atkins which can block your arteries. There's no substitute for a balanced healthy diet and exercise. The less fat laden meats the better. Try to substitute fish, vegetables, fruits and skim milk You can make your own shakes with either the milk or 100% juice, protein powder, 1 egg, berries, bananas or try your own healthy combinations. In Tropical asian countries fat people are almost non-existent and teeth white and without cavities. Everybody is addicted to the myriads or fresh fruit from tree to your mouth. Fish is from ocean to your plate. Vegetables r always also in season from garden to plate. Obviously the higher quality and freshness adds to your health. In the US you have to make do. i also agree with my predecessorS comments. all answers r correct.

This years best diet plans can be found at DIETPLANSCIENCE.COM cost free. Does the word "diet and weight loss" immediately make you think of an unpleasant weight-loss regimen? If it did, you are probably not alone. For example, consider the use of the term "diet" in marketing food products—it usually describes foods low in calories, such as diet soda. But there is another meaning of this word. Diet can also refer to the food and drink a person consumes daily and the mental and physical circumstances connected to eating. The Merriam Webster Online Dictionary gives two definitions of nutrition: "the sum of the processes by which an animal or plant takes in and utilizes food" "the act or process of nourishing or being nourished" While both are correct, the second definition is more inclusive and suggests that food involves many different things, including love, satisfaction, and enjoyment. Nutrition involves more than simply eating a “good” diet—it is about nourishment on every level. It involves relationships with family, friends, nature (the environment), our bodies, our community, and the world. Choices about nourishment are very much linked to other human beings and other life forms on this planet, so healthy (and unhealthy) decisions have great impact. I also excercise.

I don't think it is a healthy way to lose fat. You should eat 5-6 small meals through out the day and progressively reduce the amount of carbs from morning to evening.
Actually people tend to forget that even the healthy foods (ie, protein) eaten in excess with be converted to fat. The key is moderation. Just because some diet advises you to eat steak or chicken breast

Probably, but it doesn't sound healthy. If you want to lose weight, eat human-sized meals, don't snack on chips and sweets, and stay relatively active. I've been doing it for 40 years and it has worked for me. I don't feel the slightest bit deprived. Why, I even had a piece of cake last night!

Yes, but you shouldn't load up on carbs before noon because they will still be at least partially in your system and combine with the proteins making your evening diet less effective.
