It depends how basic you want it.
I'm British ,so, I don't know what Pre-Med is (Some sort of Foundation course?)
If you are doing practical work
The Organic Chem Lab Survival Manual : A Student's Guide to Techniques is a classic.
A good website for named reactions is

Also,

Other well known books are March and Vogel though they may be a bit specific for you.
