Why, since Bush became president do people seem to have digressed in race relations? Why is it ok?

Usually race relations in this country has more to do with black and white than anything else. The reason why there is such a divide with the Bush administration and most black people is that black people typically are not the wealthier crust of society (or a Bush). Exception of course is extended to Clarence Thomas. Whereas Bush has nothing against white/black, his actions often signify a reverend indifference to matters of social-economic class, his tax cuts, specifically capital gains; which he hopes to make a 0% tax bracket which would cost nearly a trillion dollars to an already over stretched budget in under a decade reflects an elitist ideology that neglects to realize there are people who haven't been coddled their entire lives. He bought his way out of military service similarly to J.P. Morgan, been bought out of every trouble and jam, drinking, drugs etc; have been bought companies on a repeated basis to only have them fail or depreciate in value before he sells them, sometimes illegally. And handed the presidency as a legacy on a strictly party line vote, well kinda, 7 declared republicans were on the bench at the time of the decision in 2000, though Stevens and Souter often are most likely the most liberal republicans in the history of the world.
When Katrina hit, it was evident of Bush's misunderstanding of the situation, he has no regard for any lower class than his own, his failure to appreciate the situation that some people couldn't simply drive their car and leave to their vacation homes seems to astound such an egalitarian as Bush. What New Orleans exemplifies is a class divide that has existed since the nascent of this nation that made blacks 3/5 a person without 3/5 of any rights. As a result, the black population has been left at a lower economic social class, even after gaining equal rights as of 1863, they suffered he indignity of decisions of Plessy that allowed Jim Crow laws to exist for over a hundred more years.
He also has a tenative view on immigration, or hispanics, being not a 'true conservative' but a new age business conservative, President Bush fails conservative ideology as budget, programs and socialistic aspects of his administration which does not provide welfare for individuals but businesses. i.e. airlines, car manufacturers, energy companies that were given billions of taxpayer dollars instead of the laissez faire capitalism he professes with regulation aspects. He allows immigrants a free pass into the US as a way to undervalue the amount of American labor without any system of nationalization to his invisible hand market approach that increases the labor pool while devaluing the labor class and increases in inflation relative to job salary compensation.
In essense, whatever is mathematically more solvent is what he will do, though this calculation doesn't reflect the American budget but rather the fact that the US has tripled in billionaires since 2000 yet overall compensation of jobs has fell and jobs themselves dissolve. Bush by no extent is racist, just ignorant.

It happens, every time there is a Republican in the white house..The opposite side, just want to make President Bush, look like a racist, which he is not..He has more people of color in his administration, than ever before, in history..

I don't know, because Bush has a very diverse cabinet. The most diverse that any president has ever had.

Plain and simple: Divide and conquer. Bush and his cronies want social divisions so that we don't pay attention to the power grab they're implementing
