You have likely strained your bicep or even the bicep tendon may be affected. There are also intricate ligaments such as the medial collateral and annular ligaments which are sometimes affect with bicep injuries. It's impossible to say for sure without an exam. You need to see your Chiropractor or Physican for an assessment.

In the meantime, RICE as the previous poster suggested is your most direct and immediate course of action at this time.

RICE- Rest, Ice (15min on, 15 min off) Compression (not for joint pain until somethings been diagnosed, but it's part of RICE so I had to put it in), Elevate(above your heart) Also check with your trainer, sounds like you might have pulled something, no good, taking care of the injury and not putting it off will be the best thing in the long run. Make sure all the exercises you do are with good form and controlled. You shouldn't be doing anything explosive without first builing strenght in you muscles.

see an athletic trainer or even doctor. the problem could be anything from tendinitus to a pulled muscle. if it is tendinitus they should be able to help you. also get rest. rest heals all

you're probably just sore. I would give it some time and see. Otherwise I would see the trainer.
