yesterday my elbow hurt really bad everytime i bent it i put ice on it which helped only now my biceps are really really really sore when i bend my arm. on my swim team we do use 12 pound medicine balls if that will help with my answer

i am a swimmer i swim two hours a day on a team and just yesterday had a slight pain in my arm and i think it could be tendonitus what could i do for it and should i go to practice today

i swim 2 hours a day on a year round swim team. i watch what i eat soooooo why am i still overwieght?
