question for fit guy?

Should i go to practice today its at the distance 50 meter pool or should i stay home and rest???

    I think your body has already answered that question for you. The very first treatment component in RICE is rest. Don't practice at all today and see how you feel tomorrow. If you do swim in your current state, you will not only risk further damage to your elbow, but you will also delay your recovery.
