im a high school student and i am very intersted in mineralology what can i do to get in a good college clases to take anything to get me goin into my career also what is the starting pay???

First get your gen ed. Then major in earth sciences or organic chemistry or some other related field, depending on how you see yourself entering into the field. You will have two years to figure that out. You can declare your major right away and then change it in two years if you feel you have changed your focus.
Don't be in a Rush. Sounds like you will need a PhD. You are in for a long ride and life will guide you in what direction you will take. Use your summers for internships to really check out the field and see what you need. This is very important, because second hand knowledge is never as good as first hand knowledge.

I'd work on your spelling and grammar first. Regardless of your qualifications, you won't even get an interview if you can't fill out the application.

umm...major in earth science, but i dont know how many good jobs youll get doing it...
