Why are there so many pregnant teens on this site?

Good question, I was wondering the same thing myself. Looks like they're spending more time on Answers than they are getting any quality time with the folks. And the other part would have to be peer pressure, it still exists.

I agree - in part - with rogdogg187. I think people aren´t thinking about consequences. I guess it´s lack of education and parents are partly guilty on that. Of course sometimes something can go wrong, but - IMHO, most of the time, people choose not to use condoms. I think this is stupidity.

Ok first of all its not the parents falt that there teens want to have sex.I know some one and all of her 4 teens had sex.She did all she could so they would not have sex!!! ITS CALLED PEER PRESURE!!! Teens have sex cause there stupid!!!

They want to be cool so they can fit in but they dont think of being a dad or getting knocked up.THEN WHEN THEY THINK ABOUT WHAT THEY DID THEY WANT TO TURN THE CLOCK AROUND!!

For the pregnant teens on this site.UR STUPID FOR HAVEING SEX!!! YOU SHOULD WAIT WHEN YOUR RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH AND IF YOU THINK YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE BUT IF UR A PARENT AND YOU THINK UR RESPONSIBLE THEN YOU REALLY AINT!!!!!

They are afraid and maybe alone, they come here to get a better Idea of what to expect while they are expecting, some may not have some one to talk to and they need help. Trust me there are not that many here only,they are all over today (I was one 13 years ago.) Be understanding and try to help them if you can sometimes we are all they have and they are just not sure what to do.

because they did not have parents to talk to or their parents were naive in thinking their child wasn't having sex!

Unfortunately it is a symptom of a decrease in morality.

Cuz teens these days are stupid and/or have stupid parents.
