I'm a young woman working with all men. Do men ever feel harassed by other men? When does joking get personal

Maybe they've been coworkers a long time and have a different rapport then your use to or expect being that your young. You probably joke and tease with your relatives in a loving way that would be considered harassment to a stranger.

Men are often harassed by other men. I figure in your office several of the men are feeling harassed by other men. Joking gets personal for men just when it would for you. For example, if a man in your office jokes about another man's wife or girlfriend, then it is too personal. It is also too personal if the guys are joking with any of the other guys about anything sexual. The men in your office notice all this going on, and they are picking sides. They know who their allies are and who their enemies are. It can get pretty nasty.

It gets personal if the jokes aren't funny to you anymore, you've voiced this out and yet it still persists. There's not hard and fast rule when it comes to a woman's tolerance for joking. She may be a sport and will know how to deflect these comments and jokes but then again she may also be such a sourpuss that something that is meant to be funny may be taken way too seriously.

Men totally do it to establish the pecking order. And (as a man) you keep pushing buttons til the other sissies give in or you learn to enjoy the others sense of humor or violence emerges too settle it.

When you pick up the phone and say, "Yes I would like to report" Sexual Harrassment.

It get's personal when you say so. If you are being harrased, tell your boss. It can't be corrected if you don't speak up!!
