It's a great threat. Just imagine, such terrorists can get to some government sites - say the ones controlling nuclear weapons. Well, you know what may happen. With the improvement of technology they just have to store more and more data on the Net. Of course, these sites are well protected, but haven't hackers proved they can crack into anything?

It could put a burdon on anyones economy, however there are many safeguards against it.
