IP spoofing...?

Is it possible to spoof an IP in an e-mail header, after the e-mail has already reached the recipient's inbox, and make it seem like it was sent from a certain IP in another country? sorry if this is too vague...

Not after it's already been sent. Unless you can log into that accounts email, delete the email, and resend with spoofed address.

After the message has reached the recipient? As far i know no. It is possible to fudge the Ip b4 it reaches the recipient but not after.
