where can i get cheap london theter tickets for a show sometime in the next two weeks? im visiting europe next week and i was thinking of watching a play while at London. and around how much does it compare to a regular ticket?

Go the the TKTS booth in Leicester Square.
This is operated by the Theatre Owners Association and offers tickets for that nights performances at half price.

Shows ofr which tickets are available are shown on a sign by the TKTS building. Touts also operate there.
Most shows should be available at TKTS as its a quiet time now.
Since this booth first opened 15 years ago, every hole in the wall in the area have put up large signs falsely advertising that they are the official half price theatre office, and it can be confusing to visitors.
However the TKTS is in a separate building actually in the square (not in buildings around the side of the square), its at the Trafalgar Sq side of Leicester Sq.
