Who do you actually think picks the person who has to leave American Idol?

whoever simon wants to win...ends up winning. Like look at carrie from last year, she was CERTAINLY not the favorite at the beggining, or the middle, but by the finals she was super popular. It is way fishy. And also if you notice how kellie's not the strongest singer, yet she's always in the top. Simon put her in his "predictions for top three" so what do you think? I don't necessarily think they change the votes, but I think they stack the odds in one person's favor. You can tell simon wants kellie at the top because she's commercial, so how odd was it that they did COUNTRY week....hello! Thats all i think it is...and giving one person more tv time...kellie's had a lot, more than others you could say that too. O and judges comments, notice how they comment bad consistantly on the contestant's they want to leave (ACE!) this week ace was actually good and they all hated it except for paula...cuz well she's paula. yea basically my opinion

im thinking its partially the public but when there is a close margin then the fox executives come in and ruin it. i think clay aiken should have one but they already had a white girl win so now it was a black mans turn. after that it was a black woman. now we are due for a white man. i think the only way a white man wont win is if all the white men are sooooo horribly bad that there is no way to keep him and let him win without arising suspisions. but then why would they still be there?? hmmmm....*curious*

Its gotta be the FOX execs doing it to get more ratings. Personally I dont watch past the first couple of shows, and thats just for a laugh at the people who cant sing but are convinced that they can

I would like to think that it is the viewers' choice, but you never know. The producers definitely want to keep the ratings up!

I think the judges all vote together, I mean that one time when Randy thought that most of all of the contestants stunk, the one that he said was the worst got out!
