How do I find head of comcast, to file complaint?
I've talked to so many different people on the phone, some say the problem will be resolved, others say I need to see supervisor after 4 attempts, finally saw supervisor -- was very nice -- gave him copies of my "proof" re. issues, he said all would be fixed by next bill. NOT NOT NOT Who do I go to? I have 3 seperate billing issues. I want address for "top" person. They won't give it to me.

Brian Roberts is the guy you want to talk to. He lives in Baltimore and owns the Orioles.

Continue to file complaints. I would also try to get assistance from the Better Business Bureau. I have found them helpful in getting billing issues straightened out.

Good luck, comcast is a corporation not some mom and pop operation. It has many heads and they are unlikely to talk to any one customer. I would check out their corporate site and see if there is a VP of billing and write (snail mail) to him/her directly. Good Luck.

Once you find the top gun make sure you mark your letter 'Personal and Confidential' that way his secretary will not open in and discard it.
All the best!!
