What is your favorite kind of sandwich... and why?

fresh homebaked bread with lovely quality baked ham, emmenthal cheese, some salad leaves, mayonnaise, smidgeon of mustard and butter - oooh good job i baked some ciabatta tonight isn't it, need to nip to the shop to get the ham and cheese - yummy
