Various Options.
1. Self study with course booked from Exam Prep who specialise in A+. The books come with CD and interactive Test simulation.
Got to www.comptia.com for further information. The website also gives further information on test centres and how to register to take the exam.
2. Class room, many colleges and private learning centres offer the course. You still have to register at the exam centre at the end of it.

Buy a good A+ study book at Barnes and Noble
Use websites like techexams.net to study
Find a Prometric test center nearest you to take the test
I think comptia.com also has info. on how to find a test center.

if u r ready u can go to some computer training center and take the exam...
if you are not ready yet, there are tons of books you can buy/borrow... or courses on line... or "boot camps"... of course it will depend on your budget...
