Portugal vs Brazil could be an excellent game, but brazil is so much better than Portugal

i believe Portugal got the talent and the direction to go until the semi-finals,is a tough question,Filipão got the experience and all the know how to do well,Portugal is in a tough group and have the strange ways to lose to African teams(Angola) but Brazil vs Portugal is a possibility.About Germany will depends of one thing...a lot "RAÃA" of his players because is a lack of quality in the ranks,Kligsmann don't have the confidence of the German fan.
Between the 2 match the most probably to happen is Brazil vs Portugal(Brazil could only get Germany in the finals)

Either of those matches would not occur until the semis. And germany will not make it that far. Germany does not have a team to get past the quarters.
