Those belief systems differ from coven to coven or even person to person. Here are some sites that might have what you are looking for.

Wicca, n. 1) An Initiatory, oathbound, magick-using, pagan mystery religion. 2) British Traditional Witchcraft. 3) One of several pre-christian nature religions of Europe, also called the Old Religion, the Craft, or Witchcraft. From Old English wicca (masculine) or wicce (feminine). Also related to wizard or wise. Wicca is used in definitions in many dictionaries but is not itself defined

I don't know much about Hindus, but I appreciate nature and the way things work. Worship is an awfully strong word, though. I wouldn't 'worship' anything that I can truly comprehend. But I'm starting to think that if you look far enough into anything, you will eventually find God. Just remember, the Aether is still one step short of Him.

Hmm... your question is a tough one (particularly due to the tons of 101 books out there and too few with much depth). You may want to read "The circle within" by D. Sylvan. Depending on the tradition you are wanting to follow, you may want to study the teachings of Native American religions, and other polytheistic (and nature respecting) religions.

I have been into wiccan for quite sometime, and yes you can. There is also a site that I am a part of, my best friend opened it, they have chat and question forums. They are practicing wiccan (witches), as well as beginners and anything inbetween. Anyone can join, if nothing else for info, and for fun.

If you are in Australia, I may be able to help you with some good contacts and groups. I am sure others in YA could do the same for you, if they knew your general location.

you may also try nature worship in Hinduism. "Surya namskar" will be a good start.
nature is often symbolised in hinduism. most Rigvedic gods are nature personified. yagya is a form of fire worship.
try learning about it . Agni is called pratham devata and message bearer to god. swaha is his wife. once i read about different forms of agni. it was fascinating.
it has different names according to its form and quality. it is energy , life force. when it is detructive it is parthiv agni, when purifing it is called dyew and named shuchi. just dig out more and you will be find wonders.
there are also mystical yantras to meditate upon or worship god in that form.

Wicca is false religion, not worthy of any belief. Instead you should put your faith in the one true God, who created you! many false religions coming around was predicted in the bible and wicca is one of them! God loves you and has proved it by sending Jesus to die for you. it seems to me like you are lost spiritually, so turn to God. I can help you! talk to me!
