Have you signed for the goods? Recieved in good condition, if yes, did you report the damage to the carrier? if you didn't, you should have. it's your word against the sellers, to prove that you have or have not ordered the wrong parts, but if you can't get to speak to them, after a lot of effort, then you could do the following, give Visa the full story and tel them that you wish not to honour the payment, if your in time they will do this for you. and take the money beck from the seller untill it,s resolved.

Cancel your card transaction and stay in control of the deal, as soon as the card people tell them that you have refused the deal, expect the call from them, and sort your problem out. keep proof of every thing in these dealings.

send the company a registered certified letter and get proof the letter is delivered to the company, in this letter you tell them you are not paying them for the parts until you recieve parts that are usable. dispute the charge on your credit card and keep a copy of the letter and the proof it was delivered to the company and the credit card company should take the money back from the company and take it off of your credit card bill.

  • You can try disputing the charge on your visa.
