Im not trying to be sick or sexual in any kind of way but I love to wear black under clothes but when I wear black panties and I am not on my period, why do they turn red in the middle when I get wet? I am not bleeding and I am positive. I am perfectly healthy, why are my panties changing?

ok, i am not trying to be sick and if it sounds like it i apologize. The reason the middle of your panties get red is from your cm (cervical mucus) the stuff your body releases to clean our your vagina. i know this not because i am a dr its cuz i asked my own dr. just trying to help.
