Cell Phone deal, but the transaction was botched?
I bought the Sony Ericsson phone as a replacement phone for my cingular account (model # doesn't matter). I went to radio shack and the guy was such a moron! The whole transaction took over an hour and by the time I signed off on the deal, I forgot to ask about my free extra phone as described in the ad. I had to get out of the store as my day was running very late!
Do I have any recourse with Radio Shack for getting that extra phone?

As long as the deal was valid for that particular day. Ofcourse, you should definitely go and get your free phone. Usually, these ppl want their customers to return. In any case , its your legal right--so go ahead.
