What ambition do you have in life? What goals have you achieved by being motivated?

Simply to try to better than I am. It has lead me to spend much more time on self improvement in exercise, education and so on.

In the past couple of years this has had me try many different sports, eat better to become much fitter... start running half marathons, do training for the army, move overseas to persue postgraduate education...

ambition: contribute to a more humane society. The potential is there- human beings have a lot of love to give.

HMMM- motivation- very important: i've written some articles about social justice issues through being motivated. It's an ongoing challenge.
