very simple.
just press Ctrl + Alt + Up arrow.
it comes up normally.

Two options
1.Restart your pc .Turn off your montior and restart.
2.Try to Degauss your screen. Typically this option is given in the Monitor settings which are accessed by using the buttons provided on the monitor itself.
