The OTC ones are basically as solid because the prescribed ones. The OTC ones have each and each and every of the supplementations that you and toddler favor. The prescribed ones frequently have slightly extra supplementations in them. So both way your solid. i'm getting the single an afternoon prenatal supplementations, $13 for a month furnish. Walmart has inexpensive prenatal vitamins that are just as good as prescription, but I would ask your doctor just to be sure.

Unless you are anemic and need extra iron, I would just go with the pre-natal vitamins from the drugstore or Wal-Mart.

prenatal are sold by prescription but i talked to my ob/gyn and she confirmed that multivitamins like centrum are just as great for prenatal care

Any pharmacy/drug store carries them, and calls them prenatal. You should continue to take them while you are breastfeeding also.

you can buy them OTC anywhere you buy vitamins

They just aren't as good as the prescribed ones
