i hate running without a purpose. i absolutely dread it. i play varsity basketball and during a game or practice, running isnt as dreadful as running just to be running. my problem is the pre-season during team conditioning days after school. distance running is extremely hard for me and i was wondering what good techniques are for running. i have been conditioning now for 8 weeks and running long distance/ running at all is hard for me. maybe my technique is wrong. any suggestions?

every now and then, about once a week or so at most, i will get these terrible pains only in the right side of my brain. it hurts really badly for about 4 or 5 seconds and then it will stop for about 30 seconds and then do it again. When it is happening i have to basically shut my eyes and just hold my head until the pain goes away. has anyone ever experienced this? can you tell me what this is please?

i get this "zit" about once a month that feels like this really big bump under my skin and it is really painful. its not like a regular pimple that has a "head". its just like this bump!! what is it and how can i cure it!!

I am a sophomore in high school and i believe that finding out more information about the field you want to go into is very important. Is anyone in Pediatrics or does anyone know someone that is in Pediatrics and what are your thoughts and views about that field?
